Pharionxchran provides custom website development and redesign services. Due to the nature of our digital services, returns work differently than physical products. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations before work begins: Full refund of any deposits paid
• Cancellations during design phase: Refund minus design work completed
• Cancellations during development: Refund minus work completed to date
• Cancellations after project completion: No refund available

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services
• Significant delays caused by Pharionxchran
• Failure to meet specifications outlined in the service agreement
• Technical issues that prevent project completion

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed and delivered website projects
• Third-party costs including domain registration and hosting
• Custom design work that has been approved by the client
• Time spent on revisions beyond the agreed scope
• Services rendered as per the service agreement

Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact us at supportuse@pharionxchran.world with your request
• Provide your project details and reason for the refund request
• We will review your request within 5 business days
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Revision Policy

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with our work, we will work with you to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments within the scope of the original agreement.

If you have concerns about your project or billing, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly through open communication.
